Local Clinics - Two local clinics provide care to local indigent patients. The McAuley Clinic delivers care to patients that are uninsured and provides medications free of charge. The Free Clinic of Owensboro delivers care to the working poor and provides the same prescriptions assistance as the McAuley Clinic. |

Green River District Health Dept (GRDHD) - Office space for DC-CAP inside the new Daviess County Community Health Center is provided free of charge. |

Local Government ( Daviess County Fiscal Court & City of Owensboro ) - These organizations have provided approximately $500,000 in start-up funds for the Community Access Program. Together, they have joined the Bureau of Primary Health Care's campaign to provide 100% Access and 0% Disparities. Fiscal Court has championed the vision of a community that provides 100% Access/0 Disparities. |

Owensboro Transit System (OTS) - Since transportation to receive ongoing care is a major problem identified by the clients, an agreement with the local bussing provider has been arranged. |

Health Kentucky ( Kentucky Physicians Care) - Provides access to medications for individuals who live at the Federal Poverty Level ($9310 annually for a family of 1). |

Catholic Healthcare Partners - This large healthcare organization based in Cincinnati , OH has provided funding for upstart costs. |

Yellow Cab - The local cab company has agreed to provide DC-CAP with vouchers that can be used by our enrolled patients to get to and from their scheduled appointments. |
